Terms of Service

By accessing or using xF4F ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have an active X (Twitter) account
  • You must have an active X Premium subscription to participate in follow exchanges
  • You must not have been previously banned from the Service

2. How the Service Works

xF4F is a platform that connects X Premium users to help them reach 500 Premium followers, a requirement for X's Creator Revenue Sharing program. Users earn credits by following other users and spend credits when others follow them.

3. Credit System

  • Credits are a virtual unit within xF4F and have no monetary value
  • Credits cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit balances to correct errors or abuse
  • New accounts receive a starter credit balance at our discretion

4. Follow Rules

  • When you follow a user through xF4F, you commit to keeping that follow active
  • Unfollowing a user you followed through xF4F will result in a credit penalty
  • Follows are periodically verified through the X API
  • You must follow users on X directly — xF4F does not follow on your behalf

5. Trust Score & Penalties

Each account has a trust score that reflects reliability. Your trust score decreases if you:

  • Unfollow users you followed through xF4F
  • Engage in deceptive behavior (mass follow/unfollow, bot activity)
  • Abuse the referral or tweet credit systems

Accounts with low trust scores may have reduced visibility in Discover, higher follow costs, or may be suspended.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms or abuse the platform
  • Use bots, automation, or fake accounts
  • Repeatedly unfollow users to game the credit system
  • Lose their X Premium subscription (account will be frozen until resubscribed)
  • Engage in harassment or abusive behavior toward other users

Upon termination, your credits are forfeited and cannot be recovered.

7. Premium Subscription Requirement

xF4F requires an active X Premium subscription. If your subscription lapses, your account will be frozen. You can reactivate by resubscribing to X Premium and re-verifying your status in Settings.

8. Tweet Sharing

You may earn credits by tweeting about xF4F. Tweet credits are limited to 1 per day and 5 per lifetime. We verify tweets through the X API and reserve the right to deny credits for tweets that do not meet our requirements (e.g., deleted tweets, protected accounts, or tweets that do not mention xF4F).

9. Referral Program

You may earn credits by referring new users. Referral credits are awarded when the referred user creates an account and additional bonuses when they reach milestones. Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of referral credits and potential account suspension.

10. No Guarantees

xF4F does not guarantee that you will reach 500 Premium followers, qualify for X's Creator Revenue Sharing, or earn any specific amount of revenue. The Service is a tool to help you grow — results depend on your engagement and the community.

11. Intellectual Property

The xF4F name, logo, and Service are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. "X", "Twitter", and "X Premium" are trademarks of X Corp.

12. Limitation of Liability

xF4F is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of followers, loss of credits, or inability to qualify for X monetization.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
